Family Health

Home-Start Herts is a charity based in Hertfordshire. We provide support to families with children under 5, who are struggling.
This may be because of mental health issues, bereavement, isolation , parenting alone or other issues that are overwhelming.
We accept referrals from parents themselves, health visitors, families centers and any other organisation or community group
(with the parents' consent).

We provide 1:1 support from volunteer mentors, in the home each week alternatively we have a weekly family group that Home-Start families can attend.
