Anna Kwan is the founder of Core Confident, a women's health and exercise company specialising in core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, diastasis recti management + core strengthening for all mums throughout pregnancy, postnatal recovery and menopause.

I currently provide the following services:

6 week group course: CORE + PELVIC FLOOR REHAB This is a progressive group exercise course aimed at strengthening the core and pelvic floor and managing diastasis recti after pregnancy. New courses start each term in Hitchin. It's £75 per course including a weekly group class and weekly online video tutorials to support your practise. Babies are welcome.

6 week group course: FUNCTIONAL CORE STRENGTH: This is a progressive group exercise course for mums who are slightly more advanced and have already rehabbed the core and pelvic floor after pregnancy. It focuses on building core strength combined with full body strength and mobility. New courses start each term in Hitchin. It's £75 per course including a weekly group class and a weekly pre recorded version of the class for practise. Babies are welcome

PT - Private tuition for core and pelvic floor rehab and strengthening. Hour long sessions timed to suit your schedule, either in my studio (Hitchin) or in your home (if in Hitchin).
Sessions are tailored to your own requirements in core rehab, strength or fitness goals.
These sessions can be taken individually or with a friend. Both options: £50 per session

ONLINE CORE +PELVIC FLOOR REHAB COURSE: 9 modules of written content and 6 weeks of daily prescribed online core and pelvic floor workouts, including consultations, coaching calls and exercise analysis sessions all online. This is perfect for mums with less time to commit to live classes. You won't be on your own - I'll be working with you and monitoring your progress every week. £100 for the full program (7 weeks approximately)
