Nurture the Mama - post-partum in-home doula support

Hi, I'm Sam, North Herts-based mum to two little ones. As mums, we are all used to being told “it takes a village” - but not everyone is lucky enough to have one. That's why I'm so excited to be offering post-partum in-home doula support, to both new and existing mums, across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

As a mum of two, I understand that the newborn bubble is such a special time, but also can be overwhelming and at times challenging. It brings me joy to be able to lighten the load, both physically and emotionally, to new and existing mamas and their families.

Services I offer include - baby care and support (so you can rest!), troubleshooting any issues (sleep issues, unsettled baby, colic, baby wearing support, etc), emotional support for you and helping to empower you with confidence as a mother, feeding support (breast and bottle), entertaining and caring for siblings, cooking family meals and batch cooking, housekeeping/organising duties, running errands, dog walking, food shopping, making great cups of tea (which you can actually sit and enjoy while it's hot!) the list is endless!

You don't need to know exactly what you want me to do or where you want me to start - I offer flexible solutions depending on each individual situation, including one off visits or packages.
