"Amaz-Ballz Play Café in Baldock is truly a gem! As a mum of two young children (1.5 and 3 years old), I can't express enough how much we love this place. They genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in every little detail. My kids always feel so comfortable here, and they get the chance to play and make friends every visit. The café is incredibly accommodating to our dietary requirements, always doing their best to meet our needs. You name it, they've got it covered – from colouring materials, soft play, climbing frames, and ball pits, to role play and small world setups. There's never a dull moment! We recently tried the Tuesday Play session and absolutely loved it. The lentils with scooping tools were a big hit with my kids, and although it got a bit messy, the team was fantastic at keeping things tidy and clearing up as they went along. They even gently spoke to the kids, making sure everyone was having a great time. The team here is just wonderful, and you can tell it's a family-run business with a mum and daughter duo at the helm. Their warmth and dedication shine through in everything they do. We will definitely be coming back more regularly. Highly recommend Amaz-Ballz Play Café for anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and engaging place for their little ones to play and explore. Love this place and the fantastic team!"
