During your visit to this voluntary run farm you will be able to get up close and personal to an array of animals.

These include: Sheep, Goats, Pigs. Cows, Ducks, Geese, Chickens, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Owls, Aviary Birds, Ferrets, Creepy Crawlies and our Donkeys Susie ,Scout and Stella.

Two Oaks pony sanctuary is a pony and horse rescue & rehabilitation home in Northchurch, Berkhamstead. We are a non government funded organisation so have to work extra hard to raise the funds we so desperately need. Although pony and horse rescue is our main objective, we also rescue a number of different animals including; goats, pigs, feral cats, chickens, geese and ducks. Entry is free. Open 11am-2pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

A community zoo based in the historic Cedars park in Waltham cross Hertfordshire. Familiar favourites such as meerkats and owls are just some of the animals found here alongside the strange more unusual creatures such as zorilla and tenrecs, there is lots to discover. The zoo gives visitors the opportunity to get up close to Meerkats, Owls, skunks, small bird species, rabbits, Armadillos and various reptiles and minibeasts. Tickets are just £2.40 pp with unlimited entry all day.

Covering 175 acres Church Farm produces the widest range of free range meat and naturally grown fruit and vegetables. Church Farm is open to the public everyday from 9.00am to 5.00pm 365 days a year. It is free to visit and free to park. Collect a free map and buy some food to help feed the animals, enjoy our woodland play area, indoor Little Farmers barn or relax in our Farm Cafe.

Discover a land of giant dinosaurs and meet fantastic real life farm animals along the way. Junior explorers can go dino-spotting from the tree-tops viewing tower or take on the caveman challenge to unearth ancient fossils at the dino-dig! Get up close and personal with our farmyard animals, from bouncing bunnies to cute guinea pigs, find them all at cuddle corner. Don't forget to sing along at Gully's musical farm.

Closed during winter. There are sheep, goats, ducks, geese, turkeys, Hungarian Woolly pigs and cattle too! Enjoy walking amongst the paddocks to see the animals grazing or maybe take advantage of the feeding stations and see them up close. The Farm offers children the opportunity to see, learn about and interact with farm animals through activities such as bottle-feeding lambs, hand-feeding sheep and goats, grooming ponies and stroking rabbits. There are loads of other fun things to do from Go-Karts and Crazy Golf to Digger Village and Shaggy's Cove as well as the huge indoor Shaggy's PlayWorld and Topsy Turvy Towers outdoor adventure playground.
