Gymnastics fun for under 5s (18 months - 5 years old).
British Gymnastics Level 2 Qualified Pre-School gymnastics sessions.
In a fun and engaging environment, encouraging parental participation. Using tools such as Makaton, songs, nursery rhymes, and creative imagination, the sessions are designed to be not just instructive, but also full of joy and excitement.
Hand apparatus for fine motor skills. Circuit style large apparatus for balance, jumping, safe landings. All sessions are coach led and specific gymnastic skills will be taught. Jumps, rolls, handstands, cartwheels ... the list is endless!
Parents / carers will need to stay for the duration of the class and their participation is strongly encouraged.
Light refreshments and snacks available at the end of the session to allow parents and carers time to talk and get to know each other too.
