We have worked hard to ensure your safety, so you can swim, have fun & enjoy a coffee.
All lessons will take place as normal with the following safety in place, as detailed on our Safety at First Strokes page.
Our first bespoke purpose built teaching facility. First Strokes Stanway was opened in 2003 by the Lord Mayor of Colchester. Since opening with 700 students the pool has been a huge success and has many thousands of students through its doors.
The centre is perfectly formed to offer a comfortable and relaxing experience for both the students and the viewers. The pool can cater for all ages and abilities.
