At Krav Maga Colchester we focus on the law regarding self-defence, such as reasonable force. We are mindful that physical force is a last resort, but if needed you have the tools, tactics and abilities to deal with the situation accordingly.
Whilst learning valuable life skills, you will also become fitter and more confident. Our classes are an ego free, friendly and safe environment. We welcome people of all ages, sizes and abilities.
