We offer friendly Pregnancy Yoga classes to help you feel at ease in your body and step out of the thinking mind. Yoga flows, stretches & traditional postures will help you keep fit as your body changes. Breathing practices, meditation & relaxation will help you tap into your own hypnotic happy place - tools to manage anxiety & mental stresses. We support as you adjust and prepare physically, emotionally and mentally for giving birth and life with baby.
MONDAYS, 7.15-8.45pm & private appointments in person or ONLINE.
