DANCEsling is a really lovely mum and baby babywearing dance class. It's suitable for mum and baby from 6weeks old to preschool age.
This class has a little bit of everything for you and your baby and you leave with some seriously happy endorphins buzzing around your body!!!!
If you like to boogie with your baby around the house, then DANCEsling classes are for you!
No dance experience necessary! Come and experience the joy and benefits of dance while keeping your baby close!
We start with a warm up, learn a dance routine, cool down (including a pelvic floor workout) and then we sit, chat and laugh while the babies socialise and play!
These special classes are taught by Ruth, a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Dance Teacher with over 15 years experience and a certified baby wearing peer supporter.
Wednesdays 1-2pm (perfect time for your little one to snuggle and nap while you move)
