Colchester Parent Support are a voluntary community group. They host monthly coffee mornings for parents and carers in a safe, welcoming environment. At the coffee mornings, they offer:
* advice, guidance and peer to peer support
* signposting to services
* an opportunity to talk to other families
* Professionals sometimes attend the coffee mornings to provide information.
