We are a local disability sports club based in Colchester offering Multisports activities each week a different sport.
We offer Cricket Boccia Tennis and badminton Goalball Dodgeball Kurling and many other sports. We run our Multisports club most Tuesdays during term time.

Younger athletes (9-11 years)
Athletes between the ages of 9 and 11 train in our early Monday evening session at the Colchester Garrison Track between 6:30 - 7:30pm with qualified coaches or assistant coaches.
