With a brilliant atmosphere throughout the whole of summer our splash park is the place to be when it gets warm! It's a fantastic local attraction and being surrounded by the beauty of the park is a lovely experience.

The splash park is usually open from may-Sept but check the website for opening dates and times or Abbey View Sports Facebook page.

Our 18 hole Adventure Golf putting course is open for everyone. Open all year round, the outdoor course is also floodlit so you can play at any time of day or night up until we close. The adventure is in playing, as you putt your way around our course that features ponds, streams, rocks, plants, waterfall, and dare you choose to play through the water on our feature 14th hole?

We at Tring Sports Centre have a swimming pool with adult and children swimming available, we have a sports hall for activities such as badminton, football etc... and we also hold children's parties on Saturdays (multisports, futsal, gymnastics and pool), along with our Dinky Dinosaurs Multi Sports and inflatables. We also have a studio for group exercise classes. Fun environment for all the family whilst learning crucial life skills.

There are two swimming pools and a water confidence area, a 4 court sports hall, a 200 station gym, two group exercise studios, a group cycling studio, a hot yoga studio, an indoor climbing wall, children's soft play area, café and crèche. Also home to Verulamium Spa.
