I'm Claire, local postnatal doula and antenatal and hypnobirthing teacher - here to support you towards a positive pregnancy, birth, and postnatal experience.
I offer postnatal doula support services, with emotional and practical support for the whole family, during the early days, weeks, and months of parenthood. Including overnight doula care and specialised support for premature and NICU babies.
I also teach private and group Mindful Natal® antenatal, hypnobirthing and postnatal courses - both in person and online.
I'm based in Berkhamsted and Tring and work across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
