Breastfeeding Cafe at Carmenta Life
All babies and parents are welcome, whether you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding or combination feeding.
?Our free drop in Breastfeeding 'Cafe' is running on Thursdays 1.30-3pm?
It is just drop in, so no need to make a appointment.?
Please bring your own hot drinks, and cushions if needed. We will provide biscuits or cake!?
The Breastfeeding Cafe is a lovely space to practise breastfeeding out and about and have a chat with other mums.?
Cathy and/or Julie will be available for you to discuss any feeding issues. Unfortunately, we are NOT able to provide tongue tie/function assessments during the session. This is because more time is required to assess and discuss appropriately. ?
All are welcome, whether you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination feeding, at any stage of your feeding journey.?
If you or any member of your household are experiencing any flu or Covid symptoms please do not come to the Centre.?
If you are struggling with complex issues you may prefer to book an individual face to face consultation with Julie Carden IBCLC £110 for an hour - this includes a detailed research based oral assessment for your baby.?
For more information please get in touch [email protected]
Please note, our Baby Feeding Cafe is non funded and run by volunteers. We only ask for a small donation to the local Human Milk Foundation.
There is no parking at the Centre. The nearest parking is behind Tesco or on the high street- pay and display.
Thank you
