First and foremost, Cloud 9 encourages fun, plus healthy interaction and competition, either to achieve your own personal goals, or compete against others to get your pulse going.

We love any excuse for a party at Cloud 9. They are easy to book online and you are guaranteed a lot of very happy guests. So why not be the coolest kid/adult in town and book your party with us?

Parties at Cloud 9 are for groups of 10 or more people & include 1 hour General Admission followed by the Party room for 40 mins.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY:

Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time for check in and safety briefing (e.g. 11:30am for a 12pm party);
Please try to ensure all waivers have been completed online for all guests prior to arrival;
1 hour in the Xtreme Airpark (e.g. 12-1pm);
Party hosts can access your allocated party room to set-up, 15 minutes before the guests are due in the room (e.g. 12:45pm);
Party hosts collect their guests at the end of the hour in the Airpark and take them upstairs into their allocated party room. You have a maximum of 40 minutes in the party room (finished and out party room by 1:40pm).
We offer both CATERED and SELF CATERED parties, and also EXCLUSIVE PARTIES.

If you are booking online more than 2 weeks in advance, you only pay a 20% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before your event. However you can amend numbers/party type/food orders up to 1 week before the event and we can adjust the payment accordingly.
