Mummy and Me Time - Intro to Baby Massage
This hour event is a perfect gentle introduction to baby massage for Mums (partners welcome too) and their non-mobile babies. Ideal if you want to see if baby massage is right for you and your baby before deciding to commit to a full course.

Throughout the hour we will introduce you to the beautiful art of baby massage including a guided leg and foot massage for your baby with handouts to continue the bonding experience at home.

Our sessions and special events are a lovely relaxing escape from a busy world. They are fully baby led and we encourage you to feed, cuddle, change baby whenever you need to - we will fit the massage around their needs. Please don't worry if babies are unsettled - all communication from your baby is very welcome, and that includes crying! If baby falls asleep during the session we have additional massage dolls for you to practise on should you wish to. So the ethos is simple: You look after baby, and we'll look after you!

Sense & Learn Baby Massage 5 week course
Our IAIM Baby Massage courses are a real treat for baby and yourself! They are fully baby led and help you to connect and communicate with your baby through the beautiful art of massage. Join our relaxing, supportive environment - the ideal course for your first ventures out with baby or a seasoned pro!

On our 5 week baby massage course you will learn:

Massage strokes focusing on a different part of the body each week, building up to a whole body massage by week 5
A short colic routine to help reduce discomfort in moments of need
Gentle movements and touch relaxation
How to identify the best time for massage
What massage oils to use
How to adapt your strokes for the needs of a growing child
Each week we will cover a theory topic to help you connect with your baby, understand their needs and how to support their learning experiences. We also include a chance for discussion with other parents in a lovely relaxed and supportive environment (plus free hot drinks and cake!) You'll love our classes so much you won't want them to end!
