Training is every Sunday morning (10:30-11:30) between September and Easter on our astro at the clubhouse in Cow Roast.
This time is dedicated to focusing individual skills, learning the rules, positional play and working as a team. This preparation is valuable when playing in tournaments with other clubs which usually take place monthly (usually on a Sunday), where each team plays 3-4 games.
We aim for maximum fun and creating a great team spirit. Hockey is a team game and it is this element that often appeals to new players and leads to great friendships within the team.
Training for our u8's are Sunday mornings at Berko Boys Schol Astro in Berkhamsted.
