Age: 5 - 11
Camp will teach children all about their emotions and, more importantly, how to manage them. Sessions include mindfulness, relaxation, emotional regulation skills, peer massage, breathing techniques, EFT (emotional freedom technique), Laughter Yoga and arts & crafts.
I Love Being Me is all about boosting children's relationship with themselves, enabling them to view themselves in a positive light and treat themselves with kindness and respect. Camp is inclusive to all abilities and suitable for ages 5-11 years.
Options to book the full 5-day camp or individual days available.
Children must bring a packed lunch and water.
