Located on the site of a former steam driven silk mill, & later enormous Brooke Bond tea factory, this volunteer-run museum looks forward to welcoming you. Its three rooms consider the history, industry & mysteries of Redbourn village through changing exhibitions. Local history books, videos, pictures, cards & other gifts on sale. Open Feb-Nov at weekends 2-5pm. Visitor parking but limited access for people with disabilities. Donation appreciated!

Visit our great little award-winning Museum, situated in the Buckinghamshire village where Roald Dahl lived and wrote for 36 years. The Museum, aimed at 6 to 12 year olds, features three interactive galleries. Boy gallery looks at Roald Dahl's school days while Solo gallery houses his original Writing Hut. The Story Centre puts your imagination centre-stage with fantabulous activities to inspire the writer in you. Closed on Mondays.
