We're a family run Bedfordshire based street food pizza company making banging authentic Neapolitan style pizza. Always from our own in-house slow rise dough, proofed for at least 48 hours. (We never ever use mass produced or frozen dough). Our ingredients are carefully selected from the best Italian and British producers and prepared fresh daily for our pop-ups, street food events and private hire bookings. We'll bring the pizza to you in 'Pam' our vintage VW horse-lorry-turned-pizza-kitchen. Our business address is Maulden but we roam free in 'Pam'.
We are the premium pizza street food choice, if you're looking for private catering, corporate catering or any occasion. You'll find us popping up at The Albion in Ampthill as well.
